Join Our Team!

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized and creatively inclined with excellent customer service skills. Experience with QuickBooks a plus. This role will require management of our design service work flow and assistance in the retail shop. This role is primarily administrative, with opportunities for creativity. Below is a breakdown of the role's responsibilities. 

Administrative Tasks

  • Processing orders, creating invoices, and maintaining Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

  • Keeping track of all orders and project timelines

  • Communicating with vendors, subcontractors & receivers

  • Entering project work flow through QuickBooks & keeping paper files up to date

Studio/ Shop - Creative 

  • Organizing & maintaining material libraries

  • Stocking supplies & ordering when needed

  • Checking in & labeling inventory

  • Operating point of sale (Square) and interacting with customers

  • Social media maintenance

  • Update website & online store (Wix)
